We know that Jesus loves us. Jesus said, "Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends (John 15:13)." Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice so that all people in all nations for all time could know and receive forgiveness for their Sin, freedom from their old way of life, and eternal and abundant life from God. But how is our love for Jesus these days? Over time our love can grow cold. It happens in our relationships with others. It can certainly happen in our relationship with God. As we read these Bible verses this week, may God help our love for Jesus grow.
